Inspired by Paris, Byoko was born in the heart of Malaga in 2017, with a goal and a passion: to offer a gastronomy of the highest quality, with a menu of products 90% bio, seasonal and collected by producers and artisans in the area (km 0).

We are devoted to local and real food, free of pesticides, unprocessed: avoiding sugars and refined products.
