Inspired by Paris, Byoko was born in the heart of Malaga in 2017, with an objective and a passion: To offer top quality gastronomy, with a menu of 90% organic, seasonal products collected by local producers and artisans (km 0).
We are devoted to local and real food, free of pesticides, unprocessed: avoiding sugars and refined products.
